As a regulat customer, im disappointed with tonight's food. No salad on a burger which I asked for, other burgers that had salad there was hardly anything on them. The garlic bread was really really greasy.

I've been ordering at Valentinos for years, everything good but this time the peppers ware miising from the pizza and I found an olive seed on pizza and every time I order I wait an hour. I think I'm gonna change the place I order pizza from.

Food arrived extremely fast chose kebab with naan bread which is an extra 1.50 so £3 as we had two kebabs we didnt get naan instead we received pita under all the kebab meat so was soggy.

Very poor on this occasion. As regular customer for many years quality of my last order was terrible! e.g. pizza was not as ordered (no mushrooms). Kebab chicken wasn’t the normal quality (some of the pieces were too thin). Sincerely hope this is a one off! Takeaway food ain’t cheap nowadays I expect way better from Valentino’s! John

I always liked the kebabs and pizza from here. The last kebab I ordered was a premium one at around £18 delivered. Nothing like it used to be and grease all over the place inside the bag. Spent quite a lot of time cleaning up the mess which defeats the point of paying someone else to cook. Both the quality and quantity was diminished in this case. The delivery person had screaming people in the car playing loud hip hop (which I like) but doesn't come over as professional. I reckon i'm done with the delivery service but will pick up occasionally.

Ordered food, received the wrong order, opened it and let my housemate eat some of what I assumed to be free garlic bread with the order, before realising the order was wrong when I opened the rest. The wrong food was considerably cheaper too and not something I would elect to eat. Phoned them up to tell them, they then sent the delivery driver back with my original order, he asked for the original order back to resell it (would you want food some random person has already opened?!?!). After telling him my housemate already ate half of it, saying I assumed the garlic bread was free before opening the rest, he stormed off saying I "shouldn't assume" and can't have original order. Rude, and unprofessional. I then get a call half an hour later saying I can indeed have my original order and that "I" shouldn't have ate it.... It never turned up. Wouldn't want it anyway because they seemed to be so angered at their own mess up I wouldn't trust them not to spit in it or something of that nature. I then get a call again, they were trying to ring the person the wrong order was meant for. It sounded like complete dissaray on the other end of the phone. Won't be ordering from here again, valentinos was decent since a year ago when I first started ordering there. Service and delivery have gone severely downhill since. Must be new staff or management.
